Welcome to Casitas Las Palmas. By booking a stay with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
 

1. Reservations and Payment
A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.
Full payment is due at the time of booking your suite.
Rates are quoted in [Mexican Pesos/USD] and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
We accept major credit cards and direct bank deposits.
 

2. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time: 3:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
 

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Free cancellations are accepted up to [X] days before arrival (customize based on your policy).

Cancellations made within [X] days will incur a [X]% cancellation fee or the equivalent of one night’s stay.

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
 

4. Occupancy and Guest Policy
Maximum occupancy varies by suite type. Please refer to individual room descriptions.

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.

Parties and loud gatherings are not permitted to ensure the comfort of all guests.
 

5. Smoking and Pets
Casitas Las Palmas is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs inside suites.

Pets are not allowed unless specifically agreed upon in advance. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

 

6. Damages and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage to the suite or property caused during their stay.

A security deposit may be held or charged in the event of damages.

Casitas Las Palmas is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please use in-room safes where available.

7. Use of Facilities
Guests use hotel facilities (rooftop patios, common areas, etc.) at their own risk.

Children must be supervised at all times. Children must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool.

We reserve the right to deny service or evict guests for disruptive behavior, failure to comply with hotel policies, or misuse of property.

8. Force Majeure
Casitas Las Palmas is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather events, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics.

9. Privacy
Guest information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nayarit, Mexico. By booking with us, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of local courts.
