Refund Policy

At Casitas Las Palmas, we understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while allowing us to manage our limited inventory of suites.
1. Standard Refund Policy
Full Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the total booking amount.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 7–13 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
2. Non-Refundable Rates or Promotions
Special offers or discounted rates labeled as “Non-Refundable” at the time of booking cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
3. Early Departures
Guests who depart early for any reason are not eligible for a refund of unused nights.

4. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of a natural disaster, extreme weather, government travel restrictions, or other force majeure events, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a credit toward a future stay if a full refund is not possible.

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
